Privacy Policy — Blokantis

Effective date: September 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Blokantis (the “Game”), developed by Andrii Fedunets (Fedunets Games) (“we”, “us”), handles information when you play.

1. Data we collect

The Game does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email or contacts. It contains no in-app purchases. Your game progress — unlocked levels, scores and settings — is stored locally on your device.

To show ads, measure performance and send notifications, the Game includes third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may automatically collect:

2. Third-party services we use

These providers process data as independent controllers or our processors under their own policies linked above. Additional advertising networks may be enabled through Unity LevelPlay mediation in the future; this policy will be updated when that happens.

3. How the data is used

4. Tracking permission (iOS)

On the first launch the Game asks for permission to track via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, the advertising identifier is not used, no consent for personalized advertising is passed to our ad partners, and ads remain non-personalized. You can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Push notifications

Notifications are optional. You can disable them at any time in Settings → Notifications on your device.

6. Data retention

We do not operate our own servers and do not store your personal data ourselves. Data collected by the SDK providers listed above is retained according to their policies. Game progress is kept on your device and is deleted when you delete the Game.

7. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us and we will help direct the request to the relevant provider.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region (including GDPR in the EEA/UK and CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to or opt out of certain processing. Because the data described above is held by the SDK providers, the fastest way to exercise these rights is through the links in section 2; you can also contact us and we will help direct your request.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
